Happy cyclists!

They took a punt on the weather by coming out to us in mid-March but everything worked out well for Bryan and John from London when they visited Tours du Tarn to get in some training for the London Revolution.

Following a period of cold and wet weather, the week turned out great for cycling, which was good news as Bryan and John wanted to use the week to gear up for the 185 miles over two days that they'd signed themselves up for!

Over the week they took in big hills, long flat roads and some hairy descents and started each day with a hearty bowl of porridge and croissant and finished each day with a three course meal and a couple of carafes of wine - the perfect cycling balance I'd say! Anyway it's always nice when you know your guests have enjoyed staying with you but it's even better to see it in writing - so here's what they had to say about their week of cycling in south west France:

"Tours du Tarn was a great week. The area is fantastic to cycle in, and we had fabulous accommodation, great food and wine and in Marcus a friendly guide that coaxed us up the hills and gave us some great rides at the level we had asked for." - John Goodridge

"I cannot recommend Tours Du Tarn enough as a location for a cycling holiday; the accommodation, the food (and wine) along with the local scenery are second to none. Their local knowledge of the suitably challenging rides in the area made it a very good week in the saddle." - Bryan Raven

Cheers guys - here's to many more happy guests!
