You'd be forgiven for thinking this was going to be a post about building our cycling business - but no. Work on that little task started A LOT longer ago.
No, 3 years is roughly how long I've been thinking about and trying to take one photo in particular of Cordes-sur-Ciel.
I've cycled there in the freezing cold when I thought the conditions were perfect to find, that by the time I got further up the valley, they weren't. I've checked the forecast, set the alarm, charged my batteries and then woken up too hung-over to care and I've been on two very recent attempts (sensibly in a car) to find that the conditions just weren't right having waited 2 hours in the mist before admitting it.
So, imagine last night when I check the forecast, charge those batteries, leave the beer in the fridge and charge down the valley (past Milhars) to realise that today was THE day. You might be able to tell that I was and am mildly happy about this.... I even found a new cycling route to boot!
